Feeling a little blue today. Jewel saw the doctor yesterday for her knee and it is a bad sprain so she is hobling around, she also cut her finger pretty deeply. I feel like I dropped the ball on a few things and had unprovoked panic attacks this week end. They always leave me depressed and with a sorenss in my chest from the tightening experienced during the attacks. I feel like this is just the devil trying to steal my joy over a great victory for our church. I am also having sciatica today as well as a frozen shoulder. Feel free to pray for me today!
