Feeling a little inspired after attending two days of conference, I thereby declare that I shall name my three kids (if I ever have any): Kid1: Arpeggios I think he/she will have a fun time listening to how teachers in school try to struggle with the name pronunciation. Ha! Kid2: alBerti I hope #2 will be a boy, cos this is so boyish. And he will have a hard time in school (with his teachers) when hes writing his name, cos it starts with a small cap a, and then the three letters down, capital B. Stylistically written! Maybe itll inspire him to be a linguist churning some academic paper in the subject of the misplaced Capital. Kid3: Chromatic Well, I just love how the word sings. I can imagine screaming CHROMAATTTIC when he/she misbehaves or chhhhrrroomaaaaaatic when I try to cajole the kid. And for all kids, I think it will be so fun when the music teacher says: look you have a chromatic line/arpeggios or Alberti bass right here (while pointing at the score) and the kids will go, no, Im RIGHT HERE! And on cases when: you have to bring out the chromatic line/arpeggios or the Alberti bass. meaning the kids get a playdate out, they will be brought out! Wohoooo!
