Feeling blessed. I created DREAMS DO COME TRUE LLC today which has the official start date of July 13, my birthday. By then we will have all the 501c3 paperwork taken care of to make us a non-profit thanks to the generosity of the very talented Randee Abramson! DREAMS is a place where middle and high school students can go after school and get life skills. There will be a variety of classes offered by our volunteers, from self-confidence, photography, public speaking to the necessary how to balance a checkbook, living on a budget, resume writing and how to interview for a job. For class they take My girl Kelly Salazar, is on the board and is on fire! We should be locking down the location for the after school mentoring next week. Mission statements, cash flow projections and more this afternoon. Thanks to my good friend Diane Hackney Diamantis, I have a clear path ahead.
