Feeling blessed. Today has been a good day. Bobby was off and we have spent the day getting ready for our family Easter gathering here after church tomorrow. We are expecting 16 or 17. We both cleaned and I cooked. Bobby cleaned the carpet in the whole house and steam cleaned it in the living room/dining room and my office. I cleaned one bath and he did the other. I cleaned and mopped the kitchen. I cooked pork loin with muscadine hot sauce, baked beans, new potatoes & string beans baked with Italian dressing, and an angel food/apple cake with walnuts. One ex-daughter in law is bringing ham and mashed potatoes. Two grands are bringing cookies and pie. An adopted daughter is bringing corn casserole and banana pudding. Sounds to me like we have it all covered. Ready to enjoy a day of special worship praising the fact that our Lord is risen and lives within us today.
