Feeling blessed today ....for no special reason at all... The devil has tried to place many obstacles in my path in the year of 2014....GOD has prevailed and made a way to destroy those obstacles.... I can list these as my greatest accomplishments of 2014...... -Constantly depending on GOD and not asking why me...but why not me...... -Strengthening my relationship with my children -Passing my PhD comps -My ex-husband and I leaving our ills behind, starting a clean slate as friends, and meeting with our children individually to apologize to them for any mental turmoil that our divorce had had on them. -Purchasing a new car, that benefits my son more than me. -Being appointed as the Director of Health and Wellness for the SU Alumni Federation -Situations that have occurred to remove the people out of my life that needed to be vanished. -Having learned on a consistent basis the skill set to critically think.... This was learned through the PhD program. -My friends and FB family who have constantly encouraged me to keep it moving and would not let up..... -The ability to constantly give back no matter what is on my plate. -Last but not least being accepted into one of the most elegant sororities on this earth...DST... and being a part of the 91... I have been blessed with 90 other sisters that are there for one another.
