Feeling compelled to share some more of MY OPINION .. (Randomly because thats how I go about it) .. I very much agree with Randy Fonner.. The boards inaction speaks louder then anything about their intent. ( since Im trying this politically correct bullshit) their intent as we perceive it. I do understand that the budget is an issue ..I also understand we as tax payers and our kids as students of Trinity School District, got the shitty end of the stick ( oops lil slip) in cleaning up this nightmare mess. I also understand that there are reasonable solutions to this problem.. (Wouldnt it be a great idea to ask the folks who are passionate about this to work with administration and the board to find the answer) The board needs to understand that we have been lied to in the past from previous board members .. We should not trust them unless it is earned.. In closing this randomness .. Why when people address the board they seem to feel the need to be seemingly intimidated.. Excessively polite .. Kiss their ass ( oops I slipped again ) this political correctness is tough for me .. We voted these folks into office they chose to run... They chose to volunteer their time and intelligence.. They asked us to help get them there .. I understand they volunteer their time and energy .. Not One Person understands volunteering more then yours truly.. It is their job to listen and solve the issues at hand with ( with the utmost consideration of ) the folks living the dream here at Trinity.. I can see being respectful but I have seen so many folks over the years seemingly bow down repeatedly thanking them for their audience .. .. Im always waiting for a board member to tell off with his head (probably why I shouldnt speak at these meetings) Respect is earned .. They need to earn it.. Right now they are just volunteers just like me.. They have a bigger pile of money and more responsibility (because they wanted that) . If you dont want to speak in front of a crowd, email them, call them on the phone .. More then likely they are your neighbor.. That is all for now ..
