Feeling exotic! Two new dishes we put on the menu are inspired by the Middle East & Northern Africa. If you travel to Paris, you will notice that they are heavily influenced by these flavors. The casual fast food in particular is often made by the people that have emigrated there, leaving a decidedly exotic taste on the streets of Paris. We would be remiss to not celebrate this overlap of culture. New to menu: tuna tartare with zaatar, cucumber, micro cilantro, & aioli. smoked lamb saddle with green harissa and buttered couscous with dates & carrots
