Feeling for the 180 employees of the Iroquois Falls mill, and their families involved along with the suppliers, contractors, local business owners. Even I am affected, as a supplier to the mill our business will take a sales loss that we are still recovering from when the Kidd Metsite closed. I have got to know quite a few employees of the mill over the last 6 years and I am truly shocked that the whole mill is being closed. The town of Iroquois Falls will be losing a tax revenue as well. Thoughts are with you all, stay strong and dont be shy to ask for help from your community and services geared towards helping you cope with the news.
