Feeling heartbroken and scared! UNITED AIRLINES sent my sweet 9 week old baby to la la land. A friend and I each were getting a puppy from a wonderful breeder in OK. On the flight to OR (stop in San Fran) my friend, while still in the plane, observed the puppies (in the same crate) being loaded into a van to transfer to the flight to OR. That was the last we saw of them. UNITED lies to her saying that the puppies are on the plane right behind hers. NOPE! They shipped our babies to CHICAGO! Amazing how they think its no big deal!!! UNITED AIRLINES, animals are living creatures not someones luggage! PAY ATTENTION IDIOTS!!!!!!! I finally got some peace tonight when I actually spoke to the person that had them in front of him. Cant wait till tomorrow when she will finally be in my arms!
