Feeling less than great in training today, did a ton of leg training yesterday and it definitely kicked my butt today, so we had to modify my training on bench today, started with 275x5 on 1 board, 300x5 on 2 board, 315 x 5 on 3 board, 335 x5 on 4 board, then dropping back down to 315x7 reps on 5 board. UGH! Tough both mentally and physically, even my love for the coffee cannot get me out of this half asleep feeling today. Nap time coming on, I noticed since lifting heavy in all three (squat/bench/deads) again it is kicking my butt big time, cant wait till the body adjusts so I dont feel so fricken tired all the time.
