Feeling really good eating mostly raw vegetables and fruits including juicing and smoothies. And then I have a little bit of nuts and seeds and avocado for healthy fats. At night I have been having 1 cooked meal of potatoes or rice and beans with vegetables. I have limited desserts and snacks like only 1 serving or a very small portion and usually once a day or less. A healthy dessert I have been having is almond, pecan and coconut covered dates. I am healing myself with nutrients and am excited to be losing weight and getting closer to my goals.
