Feeling so inspired by Australians at the moment. If anyone was feeling a bit down about the world after reading the news, then a quick look through the Should Get a Medal nominations would restore faith. These are people that give up time at home at Christmas to work in an essential service. We will have to collage it. Mums that work in hospitals on Christmas Day even though their kids would love them at home. Palliative Care nurses, aged care and disability carers, midwives, volunteer fire-fighters. Some very cool photos of them too but we forgot to ask if we could show so we wont. We will send thank you packs to as many as we can, but there are lots. For those that have never done it, incredibly uplifting way to spend an hour :)
