Feeling sore in my booty and back of thighs this morning... Yesterday I did the 30 min Plyo Fix video at home plus my 1 hour Zumba class. Plyometrics are basically jumping exercises, like jump squats, or push-ups where you explode or push off the floor. 30 seconds of intensity, 30 seconds of rest. Repeat. Lots of heavy breathing and sweat! I think its so good to mix up our workout routines. I LOVE my Zumba, but getting sore from a different exercise makes me realize I have some other areas to work on.
