Feeling sort of recovered from a nasty accident at the beach yesterday evening. We were beach combing around the big rocks, this time at high tide, when the sand beneath me gave way dropping me several feet onto the jagged coquina. No cuts amazingly but got got a hard hit directly on my spine in between my shoulder blades. Was feeling really bad and slept relentlessly last night with searing pain, numbness and tingling in both arms and hands but much better today thanks be to God!!
