Feeling super proud of a few of my FB friends1) Valerie Rieff Warren who I met over 20 years in beauty school, she is, I believe on day 10 of no smoking. You got this Val! 2) my SIL in Florida, Megan Kinkade Laiacono who just finished day 4 of working out. Her and my little bro are working on getting healthier :) And an old high school friend, Kym Kym Bagwell Landan who had started herself on a running program a while back, was halted by a car accident and has picked back up without missing a beat. Her times and distances amaze me! I am so proud of you guys and want you all to know I will be cheering you on through your whole journey!
