Feeling tired and a touch anti-social, but decided to go to this party Id planned to attend anyway. Walked over (just a few blocks) and rang the doorbell. No answer. Wait a while. Try again. And then a while and yet again. Still no answer. I decided that the universe is agreeing that Im not in a party mood, and I was also hungry, so I came back home :-) I suspect the partys planned brief musical performance was going on which no doubt overwhelmed the doorbell. I find the whole thing hilarious rather than annoying.
