Feeling very humbled to know through my journey of a healthy new me using MFP I have managed to help someone in a big way. I befriend a 20 yr old girl on the site who has suffered with anorexia, and is a ballet dancer. She has been doing well, but not eating enough still. and I have helped and encouraged her. today was the first day in a very long time that she has eaten over 1500 cals without needing a feeding tube, and she has told me this is partly to do with my kind words of encouragement. Im so proud of her, and feeling so good myself knowing I have made a impact on someones life in a great way :D
