Feeling very proud!!! Glenn Bridges had his final body transformation shoot today, its was a lot of fun seeing him evolve and come to life, taking on board the freeman fit principles as well as looking awesome .... Yet whats even better then that feeling! is he has acquired a new level of self reliance for even brighter future. He was playing a good game in life, but now an even better game. Thank you dude for sharing the journey
