IRRITABILITY .... noun The quality or state of being irritable. symptoms include insomnia and irritability, Synonyms:irascibility, testiness, touchiness ( laging maramdamin), grumpiness (laging galit), moodiness (pabago-bago ang timpla ng ugali not constructive), grouchiness (bad-tempered) ,(bad) mood, cantankerousness, bad temper, short temper (maikli ang pasensiya), ill humor , crossness, fractiousness, pettishness (very impatience) ,crabbiness, waspishness, prickliness, crankiness (topak nagwawala), .... taken from dictionary! PASSION >>> strong and barely controllable emotion as JESUS showed in his man-life on Earth of being a man of impetuous passion. Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer an d supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7) *Always be joyful in the LORD, I say it again -rejoice! Let everyone see (not bragging about) that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the LORD is coming soon which mean He is near. Central Eyes of Faith Focus : Irritability should have no place in my life. I renounce it now, as I seek Gods help to overcome it. ********************************************************************************************************** Prayer to the Almighty Father God : LORD GOD, I repent of the irritability I have been experiencing and expressing, especially toward other people. I want to learn how to rejoice in you always. Help me not to be anxious or irritable about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving ... to let my requests be made known unto you. I know that as I do this, your peace, which surpasses all understanding shall guard my heart and my mind through Christ Jesus. Thank You, Father. I choose to cast all my cares upon you for I know you care for me. O God of all grace, thank you for calling me unto your eternal glory by Christ Jesus. I know you will make me stronger despite the irritability I have experienced in the past, and you will establish, settle, and strengthen me. To You be glory and dominion forever and ever. Father, with your help I will not let my heart be troubled by irritability any longer. I believe in You, and I believe in Your Son, the LORD JESUS CHRIST Thank you for your peace, which keeps my heart from being troubled. Lord, through faith I will overcome all irritability in my life. Instead, I will do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with you. Help me to regard all sources of irritation in my life as opportunities for growth for I want to grow in grace and in the knowledge of my LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. TO BE WITH HIM BE GLORY BOTH NOW AND FOREVER> With Your help I will let no corrupt communication* proceed from my mouth (*walang masama na manggagaling sa aking bibig!), but only that which is good to the use of edifying*, that it may minister grace to all who hear me. I will put away all bitterness, wrath, anger, malice, and evil speaking. Instead I will be kind to other, tender heartedness, and forgiving toward others even as God for Christs sake has forgiven me. Heal me at the depths, and then then I shall be healed. Amen. AFFIRMATION for the Day: my depths are held by peace from God. The surface may be disturbed; its the depths that count for God is with us that make peace what ever it takes!
