Fees reimbursement scheme is a waste one in congress govt. Students who fails in subjects and who wont get 75% attendance should be declared as not eligible for this scheme. So Governments should take right decision over this (Hope).... Reason why iam telling like this is So many lakhs of students are there who/she is getting free paid fees from govt from fee reimbursement they are not going to colleges properly ...govt is wasting crores of money ...by wasting that crores we can develop and get more infrastructure in various towns like water,unemployment ...crores are wasting ...this must be stopped ...once if govt thing logically that and keep a special rule other wise 75% more than that who is attending to college for that students you give it then you may know how much money in crores you are wasting...if you keep strict implementations all will come ...if not crores will waste like this .....
