Fela Anikulapo Kuti,he was a talented musician,an activist,an african man of the first order, I knew of his music through my father who is a fan of the legend,and i remember his burial day when mammoth crowd gathered in lagos to pay respect to an icon. He is been cleberated yearly here through the week long concert called FELABRATION at the african shrine in lagos I am in love with fela music and i follow his soci-economic and political ideas but my IQ couldnot understand his religion and marital ideas. Many of us call him the Nigerian prophet due to the fact that many of his words about our Nation are been fullfilled He is from the upper class but choose to live with the lower class, He warned africans of economy slavery by our believe that imported items are superior to locally produce one His friend late thomas sankara former president of Bukina faso was assinated by his bossom friend campore on fela birthday,fela called sankara africa best president and released a song called traitors of Africa Many things to say on this legend,what did u know about him?,which of his song have u heard?
