Fellow 72D/ESEOs and those wishing to become a 72D/ESEO. The Consultant Team will post the latest 72D/ESEO Professional Review & Academic Standards document dated 1 April 2014 in the notes section (I believe we can post it there). Please use this in any mentorship of individuals wishing to become a 72D/ESEO or for those that are looking at a direct commission to become a 72D/ESEO. Please note that the 72D/ESEO career field is very competitive and usually we get about 100+ applicants a year. The standards apply to Active Duty commission, US Army Reserve and National Guard. Active Duty commission is currently at 10 per year with 3 of those being 72DN4 (Environmental Engineer), the rest Environmental Science, but we are looking at reducing that further. The USAR and National Guard have different requirements that a Army Healthcare Recruiter can address. The document will be posted soon - 72D/ESEO Consultant Team.
