About 8 years ago I weighed 265 and had promised my Christmas gift to them would be that I weighed less than 200 pounds Until today, I have not weighed this low jn the past 15 years, the lowest was 210. And that was really tough. Until now, I have struggled and struggled with my weight but my willpower and self control really sucked, or do I thought, until I found Plexus.
