Fellow in Community Service Phillips Academy’s Community Service Office seeks candidates for a two-year Fellow in Community Service. Responsibilities include mentoring student leaders; supervising community service programs on weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as weekends; and designing and implementing programming related to social justice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills; a demonstrated commitment to community service and issues of equity, inclusion, and social justice; an eagerness to work with a diverse group of high school students and community partners; and strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The Fellow in Community Service will live on campus and will be expected to participate actively in campus life. Bachelor’s degree and full background check required.
