Fellow members his is a call for help please. I have a gelding Sakb who is one the most gentle kind horses ever to the extent that my toddler children play with him without him even having so much as a halter on him. He would trail me and my children freely of his own will and he has never harmed or bitten or kicked anyone in my 6 years of ownership of him. I was away for a month and have come back to see him scared of even his own shadow. He refuses to let anyone touch him even me. And when ever one makes a move even to pet him he reacts as if I shall strike him. My personal evaluation is that he has been abused and hit in my absence by one of the grooms on the stud farm. I desperately need help to rectify the damage that has been brought on him and need help on how to earn back his trust and increase his comfort around humans again Please any help would be appreciated
