Felony Arrest in Warren County (Bowling Green, KY. #KSPPost3) - On April 03, 2014, Kentucky State Police Post 3 Trooper Chad Smith, was patrolling Veterans Memorial. When a red 2005 Chevrolet Pick-up passed Trooper Smith speeding in excess of 70 mph. Trooper Smith attempted to conduct a traffic stop, executing his emergency equipment.
