Responsibilities Marketing - Market our product within assigned area - Recruit new clients Forming groups - To interview applicants and to explain the lending procedures and requirements of Hope for Life to the potential customers. - To receive loan applications and help illiterate clients to fill in the loan application - To assess clients applications, visit the business premises as well as the residence to appraise the financial situation of the business/project. - To advise clients as to the documents and financial, reports required by Hope for Life to process their loan applications. - To form groups and train the groups of all the policies of Hope for Life. - To process clients application and prepare a financial and social data for submission to Head Office. - To ensure that all required documents (group security documents, loan contract etc) are complete and signed by the client. - To disburse loans according to the decision of the OM. Maintain loan portfolio - To follow up all loans outstanding he/she is responsible for.
