| Female Marketing Executive Required | • Gender: Female Experience: 6months to 2years Education level: Bachelors or Masters with specialization in Marketing Salary range: 30k-40k Responsibilities: •Write a complete marketing strategy report, corporate profile and brand vision and mission. •Brainstorming sessions and weekly discussions on products and the brand strategy •Making calls to all leads given by an external resource and shortlist the potential users who are interested in using our products. •Arrange one to one meetings with the potential users if required and briefly tell them about the product. •Stay in contact with the potential users on regular basis and compile all the results. •Present a performance test results with figures and graphs to the brand. •Contact with creative content writer for the write ups. •Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns. •Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. •Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC. •Overseeing the social media strategy for the company •Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing. •Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. •Participation in short listing artworks, fragrances, bottles designs etc. •Work with the product photographer for the product shoots. •Give a road map to the web developer for the brand website. •Design a theme for the look book and work with offset printers for the complete press release for 2015. ••Requirements• • Relevant degree required in marketing or related discipline. • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required. • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in marketing, along with brand advertising and/or direct response marketing capacity. • Proven experience in developing creative for advertising materials, direct mail, email and online advertising communications. • Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles. • Strong presentation and writing skills • Analysis skills to not only present data but also summarize the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement. • Will be known for their innovation and vision in the area of Brand Development/Brand Management. • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and is a relationship builder. • Must have a style that promotes respect, credibility and trust throughout the organization. • Must be a business leader and a calculated risk taker. • Strong project management skills. • Strategic thinker and creative marketer. • Results oriented and self-motivated. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong Leadership skills. • Ability to work independently without significant supervision. • Ability and comfort to present ideas to a variety of audiences as required. • Will possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish fact and draw valid conclusions Interested candidates please send resume on .
