Female Saudi Customer Service Representative required Interested candidates send their resumes to: recruitment@alohadiehreadymix Job Description Duties & Responsibilities: •Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services •Opens customer accounts by recording account information •Maintains customer records by updating account information •Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution •Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments •Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs •Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information •Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Skills: •Computer literate •Ability to conduct quality assurance and quality control testing analysis •Work within stringent deadlines to complete projects and assignments within a restricted time period •Ability to communicate with differ rent levels of people •Exceptional Use of English Language is a Must •Knowledge of Ready-mix ERP Systems is a Plus •Knowledge of Various ready-mix activities is a must •Knowledge of the GCC working conditions and environmental circumstances is a plus Education and Experience •Diploma from an accredited college or university •(3) Years experience in the customer service field
