Fender Blues Deluxe 40w 1x12 tube amp for sale. Made in the USA!!! Asking $250 The amp turns on, lights up, and everything works properly, including the spring reverb and the overdrive channel, but the volume is very low. I put a brand new fuse in it and switched out the red 6L6 Groove Tubes with an identical pair from another amp, same issue, low volume. Havent tried replacing the 12AX7 preamp tubes yet, but Im pretty sure that its the output transformer. My guitar player just had the exact same issue with her 4x10 DeVille. She took it to Slemmons in Dallas, and they re-tubed it, biased it, replaced the output transformer and checked all of the caps and solder points for around $180, and it plays as good as new now! I bought this amp with the intent to do the same, but I desperately need money for a new computer. The amp still has the stock Fender speaker in it. The tolex is a little rough, and the chrome control panel has some rusting and some faded lettering, but this would be a great deal for someone with the time and money to fix it. Message me. Thanks!
