Ferry: Storm surge may affect service over next two days. This week sees very high spring tides, which on their own are not an issue but the added combination of wind and pressure is adding a storm surge that could see some flooding at Devonport. The times most likely to be affected are Wednesday PM between 1730 and 1930 and Thursday AM between 0600hrs and 0800hrs. We stress that this is the worst case scenario and small shift in wind and pressure could mean that there will be no issue. However please be aware and allow extra time to travel as there could be some disruption to one or more ferries.
