Festive spirit ignites the property market In India, festive season has always been the special period for the real estate sector, as customers prefer to buy property during this time. Talking particularly about Gujarat, then buying property on auspicious days like Navratri is one of the most popular trends witnessed across the various cities of the state including Ahmedabad. Probably no other community is as culture conscious and festive driven as the Gujaratis when it comes to making a big investment decision. It shall be a surprise that will be revealed, once they show interest in booking the property .“ This time, real estate developers seem to hit the bull’s eye with deals and discounts on the cash component as it is obvious that buyers are more inclined towards that instead of free gifts and other offers. Understanding the nerve of the customers, project manager of another real estate company, notes, “It is very important to offer value to the customers. So, instead of freebies and gifts, we shall offer special discounts. At the end, property bought in a good price is what matters to the customers, then why not do so.“
