Fethiye (Kalkan) - Part Time Villa Representative Required: ***SUMMER 2015 POSITION*** Job Description: Your role will be to check the villas are ready for new clients on a Monday. “Checking” includes: testing alarms, safes, pool temperatures (where applicable), testing PH and Chlorine levels in Pool, other health and safety, cleaning standards, all appliances are working, Company items are in place etc. On Tuesdays the candidate will meet the clients in their respective villas to ensure the smooth running of their holiday. Resort information is to be given to the client as and when required. Also the role includes assisting Resort Manager with photography shoots for future villas to join the programme Criteria: Ideally the candidate has to have experience in dealing with customer service on a face to face basis, preferably with a background in the tourism industry. They must be tenacious, used to working with little supervision, very organised, possess an eye for detail and be passionate about their role. Computer Literacy is a distinct advantage. The candidate must have a Kimlik as a working permit will not be provided (as the role is very part time). Speaking Turkish language is a big advantage. The successful candidate will have contact with Viila Agents/Owners. If you are not of British nationality then you must be fluent in English and have an understanding of the British culture. Owning your own transport is an advantage for the role as transport will not be provided. The role may lead to full time employment as the programme expands. Hours: Part Time - Half Day Monday. Half Day Tuesday. Salary: 220 TL per week + 35tl Call Out charge - Monthly paid. Nationality of staff required: British candidate that holds Kimlik is preferable, however other nationalities that hold kimlik will also be considered. Start Date: April 2015. Length of contract: 8 months. Accommodation: Not provided, candidate must have own accommodation. Work permits: Not provided, kimlik is necessary. Interview Notes:In person interviews are preferred.
