Few days from now Nigeria will be celebrating 53 years of gainning independence from her ex-colonial masters Britain.in the same vein Nigeria will be celebrating 14 years of adhering to the principle of democracry as a matter of fact only God knows better what we are celebrating for? We are celebrating independence and democracy while ASUU is on strike both ASUU members and government authorities are playing a self seeking politics with the nation educational sector, secondly Money exchanging hands among political parties rest on the problem of animalistic power tussle.Nigeria is rated first in corruption, bribery and poverty,Nigeria is rated firstclass in senseless break down of law, order and morals especially among notable leaders.Nigeria is taking the first position in leadership failure,Nigeria despit her enormous natural and human resources in all of these we see integrity and honesty lacking among leaders while in office.Nigeria is rated as the nation with the highest annual budget and yet the money made available to solve the needs of the people is been senselessly mismanage and missappropriate by some innimical minded persons holding government positions.Nigeria is rated the country with the highest unemployed youths and graduates in the world.once again it pains me so much that our leaders who are holding vital government positions are taking Nigeria and Nigerian interest for granted.as for me 1st of October I will celebrate Nigeria with so much pains and tears dropping from ma eyes because Nigeria present is going down the drain and something must be done fast to revert the terrible situation before we wake up one day and see the entire nation-state in mirage.God and Allah punish them all and there so called eyes service independence day.imagine this we are preparing to celebrate independence day while workers salaries have not been paid.infact independence ma ASS.
