Few weeks ago I was fixing a cooler at the Food City on Aldine Mail Rt@59/69 when from atop the roof I spotted this piece of shit rummaging and gathering things inside my work van. I foolishly scared him off and the next day he was spotted looking through the windows on another one of our work vans at the same location (this one had better locks). I even spotted him begging with a sign on that same intersection on a different occasion and still thought nothing much of aggravating him further. These last few days, Ive been staying at my parents house since my car is in the mechanic shop nearby; yesterday a neighbor spots me out on the yard and warns me that he caught a very similar suspect( by which I mean to say that someone I havent seen or spoken to in almost a year described the same individual I encountered- right down to the clothes he was wearing, the backpack and bicycle he had) casing out my parents house at 5AM. When approached he said he was waiting for his friend to come out. Our neighbor warded him off and filed a police report but we all know how these things go. Worse yet, I know that he resides somewhere in this neighborhood and being caught on multiple occasions suggests that hes either relentlessly stupid or looking for trouble. On top of that, the work van he broke into ironically broke down and I had it parked outside their house for a few days while I fixed it so if he does live or frequent the area he may have seen it. Needless to say, I hope it doesnt come to it but if he does try something at my patents house, he wont likely walk away. To any friends and relatives in the Aldine area; be extra careful-keep a look out for a suspicious white male about 6 in his late 20-30s kinda raggedy looking, short blondish hair- often riding a red bicycle. Ive only seen him in a red or black t-shirt and khaki cargo pants/shorts. Maybe if we file enough police reports well get an APB on the bastard or something. Ill go through security footage for a good picture or I may just run into him again- whichever comes first.
