Fibromyalgia, anyone suffering from it? I will preface this by saying there is no scientific research to back up my hypothethis. I read this today dailyhealthpost/10-surprising-causes-of-fibromyalgia/ Obvious to me (anyway) is that inflammation is involved. From my research when writing Kissing the Black Dog dehydration, ionisation and oxygen imbalances are major causes of inflammation. Not enough water, an acid environment and low oxygen levels are a problem. I have also seen a variation of cross crawl do some interesting things re. Fibromyalgia.
