Fiddler friends everywhere.... This is an opportunity to play some tunes, learn some tunes and share stories and laughs with one of my favorite fiddle instructors. Charlie will help you learn some great Midwest Missouri Tunes, while also helping you with whatever ails you, regarding your fiddling. I was having a hard time with intonation when I took lessons from him. He also taught bowing patterns to use because I couldnt fit all the notes in while giving justice to the tune. And if you want to know how to add those fancy little ditties while playing a waltz, Charlie Possum will gladly show you how to accomplish this in a patient manner. Did I ever tell you about his 64 Tunes? You need to attend this to find out. While I started out learning fiddle at the Old Town School with Paul Tyler which, by the way, is one of my favorite instructors, I enhanced my playing by attending workshops or jamming with advanced fiddlers such as Charlie, Chirps, Pet McMahan, Bob Holt, Rhys Jones, Matt Brown, Liz Carroll, Erin Erynn Marshall, Kathleen Keane, Tim Langen, Martin Hayes, Andre Brunet, Mark Gunther, James Bryan, Jennifer Jeffries, Whitt Mead, Christian Wig and many others. This is a not to be missed workshop!charliewalden/Sessions.htm
