Fidelity Residential Services announces Trey Ordonez to the new post of Vice President National Investor Services to lead and build within our title division. Mr. Ordonez is a senior executive bringing 20 years of real estate business and title experience to his new post. He is charged with building our National Investor platform and fulfilling our strategic plan with a new focus on institutional and national real estate investors. A result-oriented team builder and leader with a strong commitment to social enterprise, Trey has an impressive background working to achieve goals, expand business products, and improve the focus on the key audiences. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Ordonez was an executive leader with Royal National Title, LLC. and Linear National Title. He was a VIP client advisor at Auction which has allowed him to solidify his presence in the national investor market place. As a Vice President of a Regional Title company, he grew this business from 1 to 17 offices in Texas that specialized in investor closings. In the early years of 2000 he owned a national retail real estate company where he grew to understand the needs of retail buyers, sellers and the upcoming real estate down turn. He was also an advisor to the U.S. Justice Department on mortgage and financial fraud for several years, and continues to advise the Texas House of Representatives on Homes and Land. His early career started in banking and finance with a national FDIC insured bank.
