Fifteen years ago I was extended the gracious privileged to be called to a wonder church. The Mount Calvary Baptist Church on a Wednesday night. After my accepting my God given assignment I left my pastor Dr Melvin V Wade and my home church the Mt Moriah Baptist Church. On the day of my . installation my father my pastor who had been stricken with CLM a rare form of bone cancer. His first opportunity to preach away from the Mount was to install me as the pastor of Mount Calvary. I shall never forget that awesome day it was my momma and mother shared in this monumental occasion. Several of my pastor friends attended from across the country and those who could not sent messages and well wishes. Today is a day of reflection in my personal.life. There are man who started on this journey with me who now sleep in Jesus.My Dear mother Celerstene Melton.My Pop Dr HL Hudson who Preached the morning of my installation my Aunt Doretha Ruby Davis Mary Miller Lavera.Hoyt and so many more. Just stilling down memory lane. God is Soooooo God!!!!!!!!
