Fifth Column - English Dark Strong Although this beer could be crammed into several existing categories, our brewers have decided to invent a new, more descriptive name for this one: English Dark Strong. Clandestines Fifth Column is a strong, dark, somewhat sweet ale brewed with British floor-malted Maris Otter, Chocolate, & Victory Malts and fermented with a classic British ale yeast. Brewed to highlight the malts, just enough hops are added to balance the biscuit, coffee, & chocolate flavors of this robust brew. Vital Stats 1.074 OG / 7% ABV / 35 IBU
