Fight all the way as I have done in the past through the - TopicsExpress

Fight all the way as I have done in the past through the negligence of a single operator not recording my Change of Circumstances of which had informed many changes. I did ask for all my data protected details of which Included many reams of photocopied claims and changes of circumstances also all in hand written, computer generated and A5 computer sheets with each and every contact made through letter phone call. Everything that is collected and collated has to be stored all over the country and Ireland also Scotland too, so just Imagine every single call letter and forms recorded and printed individually on a piece of computer printed A5 sheet so amounted to around 48 kilos in weight and took months to print out and send :/ but the fight was won on one single ENTRY that was not recorded in my Data files but fortunately after a six month wait for this answer from the Original Letter sent to me which said in the words to the effect of I DO NOT TO DO ANYTHING AS THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR CLAIM OR BENEFIT ENTITLEMENT. WE WILL STILL MAKE PAYMENTS INTO YOUR NOMINATED BANK ACCOUNT FROM THE DETAILS YOU GAVE US....... Thank You. Stress wasnt in it I shit you not :/ Even when I appeared at the Tribunal hearing at the Family Courts in Madchester and it lasted of all about 15 mins in total and they said what are you doing here as they looked at me as though I had two heads or something and the evidence before them, a few questions asked about my health by a bog standard Doctor who was really Interested in what my Illness and deterioration that made me so Disabled which was too complex for a decision, but the only one they could put a signature to was INDEFINITELY the outcome but saying all that without a legal team behind me it is a very difficult process to seek and find and I have learnt enough in my time against adversity to ride the storm :( Moral of story keep a record yourself as with everything you receive Including the envelopes with a signature and date also time delivered if possible from any agency in the DWP :)
