Fight camp video blog week 1/8 Last session of week 1 been very pleased with my fitness & stamina levels so far and would have been satisfied had I been this fit at weeks 3/4 so still big strides to go!!! Pre interval/sprint training I had 2 slices of 50/50 crusts away with peanut butter, half banana and a cup of bulletproof coffee( black organic coffee, grass fed organic butter, coconut oil) Post training I had a protein recovery drink, half banana & a 300ml glass of beetroot juice, always include plenty water in your diet especially on training days, Ill leave you to it guys, stay tuned for week 2, nighty night
