Fight for 15 outreach: Saturday, 12 noon at 14th and Broadway in Oakland. We will meet for a group outreach in Downtown Oakland (or spread out depending on how many people show up), going into stores to talk to low wage workers about the Fight for 15 campaign to get $15/hour for fast food and retail workers. So far the reception is very positive--everybody wants a raise!--and now we want to develop contacts at different stores. If you are not up for going into stores, we will have other fun/interesting options as well.
