Fighter Diet is not a girly diet unless you consider eating A LOT of food a girl thing! Guys need LOTS of food to feed those muscles, provide energy and to keep you healthy. Guys need lots of protein to build muscle and burn body fat. So why is Fighter Diet really great? It is very flexible! I was talking to a pilot the other day whos on Fighter Diet. There was no way for him to eat several small meals during a flight so he was concerned. To his relief that is absolutely no issue! Several small meals a day is not mandatory, in fact its not even proven to be better at fat loss than eating three square meals a day.
