Fighters need both explosive power & endurance. In this video we attack both of those needs... Box jumps add explosive power-strength to Razzles Legs. This power gets used in the very beginning of his punches as well as in his shoots when he goes to take an opponent down... The squats give him strength and the high reps endurance without adding size or mass to his legs so he can still fight at the same weight... The resistance bands in this instance add resistance to the lift at the top of the lift which would in affect be the same as if he was trying to stand and his opponent was trying not to let him get up... The higher Razzle went up, the more resistance his opponent would throw at him... Finally, using video like this as a tool we can also see that Razzle doesnt squat quite deep enough and now he can see this for himself and knows how and why he needs to work on it... 100% GREAT JOB RAZZLE!!
