Initially, AICTE did well but from last one decade it has become a centre of corruption. WE can read these news from Google about CBI raids every now and then. Now under guidance of Prof. Mantha and Prof. Heda, the magnitude of corruption has reached such astonishing levels that every one starting from clerical position till the top, is power drunken and self styled inspector as well as law maker in himself. Moreover AICTE officials are not accessible; the visitors are forced to wait outside office near the lift space of AICTE, as the AC reception is allowed only to political persons and business clients of AICTE. To cheat the law, AICTE used to frame rules and regulations from time to time without mandatory sanction by both houses of Parliament u/s 24 of AICTE Act To defeat the law thay outsource entire inspection work mostly assigned to close friends, relatives, collegues and loyal personalities. The definition of Expert is not clear,anyone who is designated by them as expert is expert whetherhe is duffer, do not have any knowledge or so, there is no examination of them before giving them the most important task of college approval of professional college ,such activity is purely anti-national and for this offence S S Mantha, his team is accountable .However there is a clever attempt by S S Mantha who has formed a enquiry commission , as usual he has done is corruption cases where no result will come till their retirement. Few examples can be quoted: A college Accutae Institute ID no-1-774130911 was granted B Arch course examined by a Teacher in leather and another subject expert from Pharma .Similarly Delhi Technical Campus ID no-1-817570671 was examined by Pharma Teachers. Purvanchal Institute ID no-1-707541503 was examined by subject experts in IT for approval of BArch ,Ishan Insdtitute ID no-1-1441112441 was examined by pharma teacher, subject expert for B Arch was a T.B. doctor.Not only that in many cases undergraduated were designated as PG professors showing them as professors with 15 years experience in Govt college where as the person is only Graduate aged 27 years working in a private construction firm –Shafali Das of Yamunager is an example,,She is relative of P.K.Sahu RO of AICTE These are few examples .AICTE Charge Rs 5.00 as processing fee.Where this money is spent? It is a doubt that secretly this money is taken out by using fake consultancy bills and funding to political bosses and heavy cut on outsoucing can not be ruled out. It is requested: 1. To Seize the entire records so that S S Mantha can not destry to records like a Coal Scam enquiry 2.The enquiry should be set up ,where the statement of Mr S S Mantha be recorded. 3.The entire inspections must be reviewed for justice and criminal cases should be filed.
