Filipino families will forever be in sinkhole of economic quagmire despite improvement of the gross domestic product (growth) if education is not given # priority over and above othe concerns;modernization of the military included.thus,human capital should ergo be increased by providing college education to all.A family income is determined by the productive capacity of its members and the value of their output.Right now it is the service sector (BPO or business process outsourcing) that is most pronounced in terms of who actually is responsible for the economic growth in the country..not agriculture or industrial sectors.Today,i will welcome for the school year 2014-2015 the new batch of students of the city college of Angeles city or CCA.numbering around 1,548. We opened the college for poor but deserving students of the city in 2012 with 300 students.in 2013 we had 1,200,this means that in only 2 years,our enrollment grew by as much as 500%.
