If Square Enix doesnt deliver this AND Kingdom Hearts 3 SOONER more than later, then people are going to stop caring. They were acting like those two games were going to be out within the launch windows for both the XB1 and PS4 and were what, two years later and NO clear idea when EITHER of those games are coming out. As for this trailer, Im impressed that they brought cars back into the series since my fond memories of renting one back in Final Fantasy VIII on PSone. From what Im looking at in terms of combat has me REALLY skeptical. I hope youre not babysitting the AI companions while just running around freely with the protagonist. I know Square Enix made this mechanic work in NIER, but I know theres going to be a lot of long-time Final Fantasy fans who might be alienated that they take out the ATB gauge and turn-based combat. In either case, its do-or-die time for JRPGs. If FF15 doesnt deliver then all hope is lost.
