Final part of my 7 mile circular trip. Im quite pleased that I completed the route in about an hour, though for some cyclists that might sound rather slow. Felt absolutely fantastic after I was done, even the pain in my back had gone. Boosted my mood no end, so I cant wait until I can do it all again - next time will be around a different part of the town on one of the other 7 mile circuits. Oh yes, and near the beginning of this clip is when I suffered from major cramping in the ball of my right foot. Second set of lights I cross, I had to hop all the way across because of the pain. It made the driver of the 4x4 waiting at the lights laugh his head off.
