Final reduction $1000 **Video under saddle available upon request ** Located in Stamping Ground KY 40379 ~~~ABSOLUTELY NO TRADES!!!~~~ **Gorgeous** Coming 4 year old (barn name Rose) 16.1H UNREGISTERED BIG Grey TWH Mare (dam was16h grade saddle mare so not able to be registered ) Her sire was Silvers Big Threat reg # 981859. I **CANNOT** PHYSICALLY RIDE NOW , but I do have video of her being recently ridden and in round pen to show her gait. She was lightly started back in Feb 2014 and trail ridden some for about 15 days. Never ever offered to buck, rear no foolishness anytime during training. She still stands like a statue for saddling/bridling and mounting/dismounting and doesnt try to walk off until asked. When I was riding her she had a nice, easy saddle gait and I suspect she will have some speed. She gaits naturally in the field everyday. Only thing she kind of hesitated crossing was a narrow creek, but with a little encouragement, she went right on through without jumping. Logs, hills, rocks, wide creeks she was fine. Never boogered once, minded her own business and plodded right on down the trail. She hadnt been ridden since March 2014 until last week. She started going through a rapid growth spurt and shot up to 16.1h in a about 6 months. I was giving her time to stop growing to continue her training and not break her down physically. So she is selling as green broke only as of now. I am not able to ride at the moment but have had three different people ride her without much trouble. She stands perfect for the farrier ( I had her shod when in training so she good about shoeing also ) cross ties, bathes, loads/unloads, etc. Extremely easy to catch and very in your pocket type but very respectful of your space. She has been handled by kids as young as 7 with ease. Very gentle, well behaved mare. Shes not a marish mare at all. Shes pastured full time with a mixed herd and is about middle of the pecking order. Absolutely loves attention and will leave the herd to come see you. Havent found anything his filly is scared of yet. Trucks, tractors, 4-wheelers, Walmart bags, tarps, crazy dogs chasing her ....etc. Absolutely one of the nicest long 3 yr olds I have had the pleasure of working with. She catches on easy to anything Ive taught her without fuss. Put another 30 days of solid riding on her and shes gonna make someone (maybe me) one hell of a trail horse. Under saddle pic is from back in March on a short trail ride. Others are recent pics. Please call/text anytime before 9pm if you have any questions or would like to come meet her. 859-983-4200 Thanks
